• KalleLoad, Kalleload.net = This website (www.kalleload.net) and all hostnames & ip-addresses leading to this site.
• We, our, us = webmasters of Kalleload.net and tuxxedo.net.
• You, your, the user = The person, directly or indirectly, that have uploaded [a] file[s] to Kalleload.
• The service = the upload formular on the site, allowing you to store files on our server.

The services of Kalleload.net is provided by Tuxxedo.net, who's the owner of the site. The script behind Kalleload.net is created by Kalle Sommer Nielsen and maintained by Tuxxedo.net. All files uploaded via the service is, per default, © copyrighted and owned by their authors.

All files uploaded via the service may be accessed by anyone with access to kalleload at any time.

We reserve the right to activate/deactivate the upload page, allowing, when activated, users to browse all files uploaded to kalleload via the service. We reserve the right to announce anonymous download stats of most common files.

Kalleload.net is providing an upload service, which allow the users to store files on kalleloads servers. The service is free of charge and doesn't require an account on the site. You may use the service to deep link (post the direct link to the file uploaded), on any site [which is allowing this].

The length of the storage period is set by the website operators; unless we're required to remove data by law or copyright owners.

There is currently no time limit on the period we are storing the files.

We provide no warrenty, and neither have responsibility or can be held responsible towards you or your actions for/when using file(s) uploaded via the service, unless else stated.

We keep the right to pause/stop the upload function if nessesary. The access to the site and files can be removed in periods.

All information gathered is used strictly for statistics only, and will not be held to 3rd party, unless required to do so, by the law. Rights to publish statistics as "most downloaded", "total hits", "total files" and alike is reserved. The statistics will not publish origin (uploader information) of the file.

All information gathered is anonymous, and some information is stored in cookies on your computer.

1. On a succesfull fileupload we log the upload time, new filename and directory (if created) and filesize to the sites database. We do not log the IPs of the uploaders to the sites database. Neither do we save or store the original filename. You will also be provided with a link to the file.
2. On an unsuccesfull upload nothing will be logged in the sites databse.

1. The webserver logs the ips visiting, files visited, file/page hits and data transfered. The information gathered is kept confident and will not be given to any third party unless we're required to do so by law. Some rights reserved, see section 3.
2. The information gathered is exclusivly for the purpose of keeping stats of the traffic for the webmasters, system operators and developers of kalleload.
3. We reserve the right to publish some non-personal information, like total hits/month or week and total bandwidth/month or week. Other rights mentioned in 'TERMS OF USE' under the 'OWNERSHIP, PERMISSIONS AND AWARENESS' section.
4. The data the server is logging is not associated with a file upload. Loading a kalleload page/file will create a hit in the logfile.

This section is about a feature currently in private beta.

1. When logging into an account, the latest ip-address used is logged.
2. If you cannot remember you password, you must contact the website owners. About page have the email to use.
3. All account information is stored unencrypted, except for passwords.
4. All files uploaded on your account is listed on the uploads page when logged in.
5. We do not provide a "stay logged in" function.
